Being active

Our lifestyles also mean that we may be less active than we should be. We probably watch too much TV or sit at our computer, laptops, tablets and phones playing games, or using social media, which means we may not be getting enough exercise and we may need to get moving more.

Visit the Change 4 Life website for lots of tips on how you and your family can get more active, or visit the NHS Choices website that can help you to eat healthily, lose weight  and get more active
