Residents of Chorley and South Ribble are encouraged to have their say on four draft clinical policies that are currently being reviewed across Lancashire.
Residents of the area are invited to read the following policies and leave their feedback:
- Policy for adult snoring surgery (in the absence of obstructive sleep apnoea)
- Policy for Chalazia removal
- Policy for Dupuytren's contracture release in adults
- Policy for Haemorrhoid surgery
NHS Chorley and South Ribble Clinical Commissioning Group is working in partnership with the other seven CCGs in Lancashire and South Cumbria to review existing clinical policies.
The eight CCGs across Lancashire and South Cumbria have all agreed that there is a need to review their policies to: ensure a consistent and fair approach across the region; update current policies in accordance with National Guidelines and best clinical practice and to make sure it is using its limited resources to maximum effect.
As part of this process, the above policies are now available for the public to feedback on.
To read each policy, click on the links above to be taken to the policy page. On this page, you will be able to leave feedback by clicking on the survey link.
